Now Pezzella’s is bringing a slice of Napoli to your table. Using only the best Australian Sustainable flours, tomatoes grown in the shadow of Mt Vesuvius, and fresh mozzarella of Jersey cows from the green hills of Sassano, these simple ingredients are the backbone to ‘la vera pizza Napoletana’.

Our pizza bases proof for 72 hours in the traditional Neapolitan methods to assure only the lightest texture and richness of flavour. The bases are then hand stretched and par-cooked at 420 degrees in our custom made stone oven and finally, cryo-packed to seal their freshness.
